Dietetics and Nutrition Services
Nutrition is an essential part of performance, recovery, and long-term health and athletic development.
Alongside our other services, we offer integrated nutrition services to support athletes in fuelling their training, racing, and overall health.

All nutrition services are delivered by Emily McNeil, an experienced accredited dietitian with a focus on the demands of cycling and endurance sport.
Emily works with athletes across all levels to help them fuel effectively, improve their relationship with food, and build sustainable habits that support both health and performance. Her work is especially focused on supporting those navigating energy availability, disordered eating, and fuelling for high performance.

About Emily
Emily is passionate about all things health and sport, with a special interest in cycling (criterium and road racing), triathlon, running, and team sports such as AFL, basketball, and netball.
Her clinical focus areas include low energy availability (LEA), REDs, eating disorders, and disordered eating.

Emily’s love for supporting athletes stems from her own sporting background - growing up playing representative basketball, supporting Carlton Football Club, and actively racing in local criteriums and road races around Melbourne.

Emily works with people of all ages and levels of competition to help them achieve their health and performance goals. She’s known for her nurturing nature and individualised, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition.
Emily thrives on helping clients make sustainable changes to their eating habits, develop a healthy relationship with food, and optimise both wellbeing and performance.

Her key areas of interest include:

-
Supporting junior and elite athletes to fuel their training and competition effectively (specifically cycling nutrition)

-
Working with individuals (aged 18+) experiencing an eating disorder or disordered eating

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Emily out on her road bike, racing locally, or exploring new gravel routes across Victoria.
