Strength and Conditioning Services
Strength and conditioning is an important part of long-term performance, durability, and injury prevention for endurance athletes.
At Pinnacle Performance, our strength and conditioning services are designed to support on-bike training by improving strength, movement quality, load tolerance, and physical robustness across a season.

Our approach to strength training is practical and individualised, with programs built to complement each athlete’s training load, racing calendar, and performance goals. Strength work is periodised alongside cycling training, ensuring it adds value rather than unnecessary fatigue.

All strength and conditioning services are led by Tynan Shannon, our lead strength and conditioning coach, and are integrated within our broader coaching and performance framework.

Exercise Physiology Services - Injury Rehabilitation - $ Case By Case Basis
Delivered by our accredited EP Tynan, our Exercise Physiology services support athletes returning from injury or managing ongoing physical issues that impact training and performance.
Using targeted, evidence-based exercise, the focus is on restoring function, improving capacity, and reducing the risk of recurrence - while keeping the athlete moving forward where appropriate. Rehabilitation programs are built around the individual, considering injury history, current symptoms, training demands, and long-term goals.
Alongside exercise prescription, athletes are supported with education around movement, load management, and lifestyle factors that contribute to resilience and longevity in sport.

This service is suited to athletes who require a more clinical, structured approach to rehabilitation, while remaining integrated within a broader performance and training framework.
